The license is for a limited time, and each LICENSE is for exclusive use on 01 (one) computer/user. The LICENSE for Plagius - Plagiarism Detector is individual and non-transferable. | RESPONSIBILITIES:** Under no circumstances will the DEVELOPER be responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including those resulting from loss of profits, business interruption, rejections, loss of information, and similar issues arising from the use or inability to use this PROGRAM that the CLIENT may suffer. The total liability of the DEVELOPER for claims of any kind arising from this LICENSE will not exceed the amount paid by the CLIENT to obtain this LICENSE. The PROGRAM is an auxiliary tool in plagiarism detection, and it is the CLIENT's responsibility to interpret the results presented by the PROGRAM to confirm or deny plagiarism. The DEVELOPER also guarantees that the PROGRAM will meet the technical specifications provided within the LICENSE validity period.
